Generously sized and armless, the Covey 3 Seater Sofa sits at a lower height built for relaxed outdoor lounging rather than upright sitting. Slatted timber ends and woven detailing across the back panels give it texture while letting air move through. It is made from acacia timber in light teak tones with removable seat and back cushions in moisture resistant fabric. Those cushions should be stored when not in use, and the sofa is best kept out of direct sun, both of which will preserve the timber and fabric considerably. It arrives flat packed with assembly required.

Product Care
- Acacia products that have not been sealed are suitable to be used in covered areas only
- These pieces should be wiped down with a soft cloth slightly moistened with warm water soapy water.
- Avoid cleaning tools with a rough surface/bristles
- Do not use detergents or cleaners that have ammonia in them as that takes moisture out of the wood.
- If placing these pieces in exposed areas we recommend sealing the timber as soon as possible with a suitable exterior polyurethane or other similar sealant, to provide some protection for the timber and to assist with the exposure to the elements. This maintenance will need to be regularly re-applied.
- Exterior Polyurethanes are available from all major hardware stores, always follow the application process on the product.
- Exterior PU finishes are applied with a natural bristle brush in multiple coats. Sanding the hardened varnish lightly between each coat.
- Simply sand the topcoat smooth, and apply a new coat of varnish.
- Don’t put this important maintenance step off too long or cracks will develop in the finish allowing moisture to penetrate and degrade the wood.
- Like all outdoor furniture, these products will keep their new appearance longer if they are protected from the elements when not in use for extended periods. We recommend using a protective cover or storing undercover.
- It is recommended that you tighten the screws on all self assembly items periodically.
- To give extra protection against hot cups, plates etc and accidental spillages, it is always best to protect the beauty of your table with place mats.
- Avoid leaving in direct sunlight for extended periods of time as the fabric will fade.
- Spot clean with warm water and a mild detergent and allow to dry in the sun.
- Do not use any abrasive cleaning products or cleaning chemicals, as this could further mark or damage the fabric.
- Use of the Guardsman care products, following the manufacturer’s instructions, is recommended.
- A vacuum with an upholstery brush attachment can be used to remove dust and other environmental debris from the upholstery, and under seat cushions (if applicable).
- Dust/grime can mark the fabric and be harder to clean if left.
Assembly
Settle in for long afternoons outside, but first you'll need to assemble it. Assembly ranges from something as easy as screwing on the legs, through to clasping modular sections together or some flat-pack assembly, which takes a little longer. Returns Policy
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at Early Settler's discretion be returned to us for exchange or a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:
- A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by Early Settler to be produced.
- Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
- Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.
For online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.

Yes, but don’t leave it too long. You can cancel your online order and receive a full refund, provided the delivery process has not commenced. If your order has already been sent to the collection point or delivery depot, a 20% cancellation fee may apply to cover transfer and restocking costs.
Yes absolutely! We pride ourselves on delivering quality craftsmanship made for your home, so if you're not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives we're happy to assist with a return.
As an extension to your consumer rights, you can return your online order to us within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund of the product price, not including shipping.
If the return is due to a change in mind, please also make the return within 7 days of obtaining your order.
Returns under $500 will be refunded via the same method of payment. For refunds of a greater value will need to be processed by our customer service team which you can contact at customerservice@fitnessequipment.lol. For all refunds, we require a proof of purchase (invoice number), be in new or unused condition, and with the original packaging if possible. Even if your order has been assembled, we'll accept it as a return if in saleable condition. If the returns criteria are not met we may refuse a return or offer an exchange or credit voucher alternatively.
When making a return you will need to pay for the shipping back to us, but you can avoid this by returning your order to your nearest Early Settler store free of charge where our friendly team will be happy to arrange a refund, store credit or exchange in-store. If you are returning an order to your nearest Early Settler store the refund may need to be processed by our online orders team, this can take 2-3 business days.
